WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Hunter Properties | North Attleborough Real Estate, Attleborough Real Estate

As a lifelong resident of Southeastern Massachusetts, Lou was excited to announce that he would be joining Weichert Realtors Hunter Properties in 2020.  "We are thrilled to have Lou join us," says Weichert Realtors Hunter Propeties' Broker Owner Cheryl Deschenes.  "As an experienced agent, Lou is a great asset to our company.  Not only does he have a solid understanding of the local real estate markets, he strives to bring the highest level of customer service to each transaction he's a part of."  Lou is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, The Rhode Island Association of Realtors and the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.  He is licensed in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Lou's professional career began in 1979 working in many local and regional hospital systems.  It was here that he learned that compassion and empathy were essential traits necessary to establish and maintain healthy human relationships.  Lou went on to spend the next 29 years perfecting his abilities through his career in the corporate healthcare business where he was responsible for managing elaborate projects and a team of 30 skilled professionals.  He oversaw a $10,000,000 annually producing portfolio that achieved double-digit growth yearly while simultaneously developing and negotiating massive training plans for hospital-wide services.

Lou graduated from Bryant University where he earned a bachelor's degree in finance.  Upon retiring from corporate America Lou embarked on his real estate career, combining an impressive college education with an extensive corporate background.  Being a baby boomer himself, he decided to specialize in a market that he best understood and could relate to personally with his clients.  Lou earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Pricing Strategy Adviser (PSA) designations after extensive education on what he believes to be an under serviced Senior market and has received the specialized training necessary to best represent this growing number of American's very specific needs.  Relatability, compassion, patience and accountability are just a few of the fundamental values he imparts into his specialization.

When he's not working Lou most enjoys spending time on the beaches of Cape Cod surrounded by his children and grandchildren.  Lola his beloved Goldendoodle is always in tow.
